No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. PURE ALPHA (4) First up after a break. Tailed off to finish 10th last time at the track. May see an upturn in form and competing in a less challenging grade. Winnable race. GAMBINO (5) Flew home to win last time at Gold Coast and will try to take advantage of the alley. Jace Mcmurray and Kelly Schweida are highly regarded when paired. Worth consideration. ALDOLFITO (1) Good performance to run into 2nd last start at Ipswich and challenged by weaker competitors. Worth strong consideration.
