DEA MATRONA (1) Flew home to win last start at Santa Anita and goes down in class. Change in trainer and gets the perfect draw. On an upward trajectory in recent races. No shock to see a win. GOING DEEP (8) Gave a strong sight when 3rd last start at Santa Anita and up against a less challenging field. Antonio Fresu and Steven Miyadi are highly regarded when paired. Appears well in this. FALABELLA (5) Lacked competitiveness when 5th last start at Los Alamitos Th but returning to an increased distance. Should muster plenty of early toe. In good form this campaign. Can give this a shake. SAKURA FLAVOR (10) Missed by a narrow margin last run at Santa Anita but stepping up to a higher level. Juan J Hernandez is highly regarded. Looks promising in this race.
